Just Check On Me is an app especially designed for anyone who lives alone [old or young]. It is simple to use and allows you to set up a daily check in time on your smart phone. The app will alert you at your chosen check in time and, if you do not check in when prompted [by simply selecting the green “I’m ok” button on your phone], the app will automatically notify emergency contacts that you will have created in the system, inviting them to check on you.
This means that you can sleep easy in the knowledge that, at least once a day, your emergency contacts will know you’re ok or, if you’re not, and you don’t check in, they will be notified to check on you.
